Sanjay is a commerce graduate from the Bangalore University, a fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a graduate from the Karnataka State Law University.
He has worked with a well renowned Chartered Accountants Firm. His exposure and areas of competency are statutory, internal audits of Companies (including listed companies) in the field aviation, Information Technology services, & manufacturing sectors. Sanjay also has experience in risk-based audits and financial due diligence for companies under business restructuring modes. With the mandate of presentation of financial statements of certain listed & large private limited Companies under the Ind-AS standards, he has expertise in IND-AS implementation and supports large corporate houses. He is actively involved in conducting training sessions on the various subjects in the fields of audit, assurance and compliances.

Chandan is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a commerce graduate. He has over 14 years of professional experience, having worked in the risk advisory practices of PWC, Mazars, KNAV and TR Chadha & Co. He has also worked in the industry at Max Bupa Health Insurance, where he was responsible for establishing their Enterprise Risk Management framework.
He has worked with clients of different sectors as well as size and has been widely recognized for helping the clients in achieving their growth and business transformation objectives.

Karthik, has been actively involved in LLP Registration, Company Registration, Closure, Liquidation, Mergers and Amalgamations, trademarks and copyrights registrations, Intellectual property rights, obtaining clearances from Labour departments, fund raising and investment apart from other statutory compliances under Corporate Laws, FEMA and SEBI regulations.
